Recommended administration:
It is necessary to take one Lagad Retina® soft capsule per day for 3 to 6 months in order to significantly improve your macular pigmentation.
It is strongly recommended that you have your macular pigment measured before and after starting treatment for lagadic retinitis. This will allow you to evaluate the effectiveness of your treatment.
Lagad Retina can be taken either with a cold drink or, preferably, during a meal (e.g., breakfast) to improve its absorption and effectiveness.
Never take Lagad Retina with a hot drink. Please drink your tea or coffee 5 minutes before or after taking Lagad Retina, but never at the same time: the fish gelatin coating is fragile and the contents of Lagad Retina must reach your stomach intact.
