Recommended administration:
It is necessary to take one Softgel per day of your Lagad Retina® during 3 to 6 months in order to improve sensibly your Macular Pigment.
It is highly recommended to get your Macular Pigment measured before and after starting a cure of Lagad Retina. This will allow you to measure the efficacy of your treatment.
Lagad Retina can either be taken with a cold drink or preferably during your meal (Breakfast for example) in order to improve the absorption and the efficacy of Lagad Retina.
Never take your Lagad Retina with a hot drink. Please take your tea or coffee 5 minutes before or after your Lagad Retina but never at the same time: The fish gelatine coating is fragile and the content of Lagad Retina requires to arrive safely in your stomach.
