Recommended administration:
Take one Softgel per day of your Lagad Performa® during 2 to 3 months. Stop one month. Renew only if necessary.
Lagad Performa® can either be taken with a cold drink or preferably during your meal (Breakfast for example) in order to improve the absorption and the efficacy.
Never take your Lagad Performa with a hot drink. Please take your tea or coffee 5 minutes before or after your Lagad Performa but never at the same time: The fish gelatine coating is fragile and the content of Lagad Performa requires to arrive safely in your stomach!
