Recommended method of administration:
Take one Lagad Performa® soft capsule per day for 2 to 3 months. Stop treatment for one month. Repeat only if necessary.
Lagad Performa® can be taken either with a cold drink or, preferably, with a meal (e.g., breakfast) to improve absorption and effectiveness.
Never take Lagad Performa with a hot drink. Please drink your tea or coffee 5 minutes before or after taking Lagad Performa, but never at the same time: the fish gelatin coating is fragile and the contents of Lagad Performa must reach your stomach intact!
